The Fatherhood Blueprint
Single Fathers Network
Executive Summary
Single Fathers Network is a Phoenix-based 501(c)(3) public charity serving fathers who are navigating parenthood independently. We equip fathers to operate autonomously when they are no longer with the mother of their children, while supporting healthy repair when appropriate and safe.
Our services are organized through four Centers of Impact that address the core areas fathers must manage to build stable, healthy households. The Family Development Center is where fathers strengthen parenting fundamentals, father-child connection, early childhood development and home leadership. The Health & Wellness Center supports physical and emotional well-being, stress management, and access to mental health resources. The Family Law Center provides legal navigation support, education, and programs like Pro Se Academy to help fathers move through custody and family law challenges. The Financial Education Center strengthens economic stability through budgeting, workforce readiness, and financial capability. The Fatherhood Blueprint is housed in the Family Development Center and is designed to connect fathers to the full network of supports as their needs arise.
The Fatherhood Blueprint is our flagship four-year program that develops fathers into confident, capable household leaders through structured learning, peer accountability, and practical skill-building. With 350+ members and growing daily, we have the community traction to recruit participants, deliver programming consistently, and report measurable impact.
The Problem
What Fathers Face
After separation, fathers often lack structured support systems to navigate parenting independently. They face isolation, uncertainty about household management, and limited resources for building stable routines. Without guidance, many struggle to establish consistency and confidence in their parenting role.
What Children Lose
When fathers lack support, children experience instability and inconsistent engagement. The absence of a confident, present father figure impacts their emotional development, sense of security, and long-term outcomes. Children need fathers who are equipped and empowered.
Why Single Fathers Network
Our mission is to build a generation of fathers who lead with confidence, consistency, and clarity. We believe fathers can thrive independently while remaining open to healthy co-parenting relationships when safe and appropriate.
SFN provides the structure, community, and practical tools fathers need to operate autonomously—managing households, making sound decisions, and creating stable environments for their children. We emphasize self-sufficiency without isolation, equipping fathers to be the leaders their families need.
Traction and Readiness
Single Fathers Network has built a thriving community of 350+ members and continues growing daily. This organic growth demonstrates genuine need and validates our approach.
Our established community enables immediate program participation with measurable impact. Fathers are actively seeking structured support, and we have the infrastructure to deliver it at scale. The demand is proven, the community is engaged, and the timing is right.

Introducing The Fatherhood Blueprint
The Fatherhood Blueprint is a comprehensive four-year program that transforms fathers into confident household leaders. Through structured learning, peer accountability, and practical application, fathers develop the skills and mindset needed to create stable, thriving environments for their children.
Success means fathers who operate with autonomy, make sound decisions under pressure, maintain consistent routines, and model healthy leadership. It means children who experience stability, security, and the presence of an engaged, capable father.
Program Architecture
The program combines structured learning through annual Blueprint Cohorts, continuous skill-building in Dad Labs, and sustained peer support through Dad Pods. This architecture ensures fathers receive initial training, ongoing practice opportunities, and long-term accountability.
The 4-Volume Journey
Volume I: Foundation
Building core parenting skills and establishing household autonomy.
Volume II: Consistency
Developing reliable routines and strengthening follow-through.
Volume III: Mastery
Applying advanced skills and leading through complex situations.
Volume IV: Legacy
Mentoring others and sustaining long-term family stability.
Volume I: Foundation
Foundation establishes the fundamentals fathers need to operate independently. Participants learn parenting basics, household management, and how to create stable daily routines. The focus is on building confidence in core responsibilities and choosing a sustainable path forward.
Fathers develop autonomy in decision-making, understand child development stages, and establish themselves as capable household leaders. This volume creates the groundwork for everything that follows.
Volume II: Consistency
Consistency builds on foundation by emphasizing follow-through and reliability. Fathers learn to maintain routines, honor commitments, and create predictable environments for their children. When applicable, they develop structured co-parenting approaches that prioritize stability.
The focus shifts from learning basics to implementing them repeatedly. Fathers practice building habits that become automatic, ensuring their children experience dependable presence and engagement.
Volume III: Mastery
Mastery deepens skill application and develops leadership under pressure. Fathers learn to make sound decisions in complex situations, interrupt negative patterns, and navigate challenges with confidence. The emphasis is on handling difficult moments while maintaining stability.
Participants strengthen their ability to lead through conflict, adapt to changing circumstances, and model resilience for their children. This volume prepares fathers for the inevitable complexities of long-term parenting.
Volume IV: Legacy
Legacy transforms participants into mentors and community leaders. Fathers who have completed the journey begin guiding others, sharing wisdom, and strengthening the broader community. They become culture-carriers who model sustained stability and engaged fatherhood.
This volume emphasizes long-term thinking, generational impact, and the responsibility of experienced fathers to lift up those beginning the journey. Legacy is about creating lasting change that extends beyond individual families.
What Participants Experience
Blueprint Chapters
Weekly learning modules during the 6-week Blueprint Cohort, covering essential skills and frameworks for each volume.
Dad Labs
Year-round micro-workshops combining in-person and digital formats, providing hands-on practice and skill refinement.
Dad Pods
Small peer accountability groups that meet regularly, offering support, encouragement, and honest feedback throughout the journey.
Together, these elements create a comprehensive experience that combines learning, practice, and community support over four years.
Measurement and Accountability
We track practical indicators that demonstrate program effectiveness without overpromising outcomes. Our measurement approach focuses on participation, engagement, and observable behavioral changes that signal progress.
Key Metrics:
Enrollment and retention rates across all four volumes
Attendance tracking for Blueprint Cohorts, Dad Labs, and Dad Pod meetings
Program completion rates by volume
Dad Lab participation frequency and engagement levels
Dad Pod consistency and peer accountability metrics
Self-efficacy assessments measuring father confidence and capability
Stability routine indicators (consistent schedules, household management)
Conflict reduction indicators in co-parenting relationships when applicable
Longitudinal follow-ups tracking sustained engagement and outcomes
This measurement framework provides clear visibility into program impact while maintaining realistic expectations about what can be measured and achieved.
